Gas Station Signage - MOL Romania Totem

As part of my ongoing work for RoMapProject, I have recreated the modern MOL fuel price totem. This asset was a great exercise in modeling curved, aerodynamic surfaces while maintaining a clean and optimized topology for the game engine.

Beyond the visual side, I focused on making this prop functional for the simulation. It features the same dynamic price system as my other gas station assets, allowing for real-time updates of fuel costs in-game.

Key technical details:

Organic Geometry: Modeled in Blender to capture the iconic curved "sail" shape of the MOL brand.

Authentic Texturing: PBR materials created in Gimp, focusing on the vibrant green corporate identity and the Fresh Corner branding.

Night Integration: Custom emissive masks for the logo and digital displays, ensuring a realistic glow during the game's night cycle.

Optimization: Game-ready low-poly mesh with baked Ambient Occlusion for natural grounding and shadows.
