Retail Signage - Rompetrol Entrance Pillar

Complementing the main fuel price totem, I created this secondary entrance pillar for Rompetrol stations. This asset is a common sight at the immediate entry point of gas stations in Romania, providing brand reinforcement and a polished look to the commercial environment.

The focus was on material accuracy—balancing the dark anthracite metal panels with the vibrant backlit branding. I used Blender for the modeling phase and Gimp to create the detailed PBR textures.

Key Technical Highlights:

Night-time Identity: Implemented custom emissive maps to capture Rompetrol’s iconic glowing orange vertical strip and backlit flower logo.

High Optimization: Built with a low-poly budget to ensure smooth performance when multiple assets are clustered in the same area.

Realism: Includes custom baked Ambient Occlusion and accurate material response to the game's day/night cycle.
